Meet Catherine Morton, a social entrepreneur, experienced race director, and a passionate women's rights and development advocate. As the Managing Partner and Race Director of Millennium Marathon Ghana, Catherine has been at the forefront of organizing Ghana's premiere International half marathon. Additionally, she serves as the Executive Director of Eve International, a global women's nonprofit organization patroned by HRH Lady Julia Osei Tutu, dedicated to changing the trajectory of Ghanaian women worldwide through networking, training, advocacy, and skills exchange.

With a wealth of experience, Catherine is also the Chief Executive Officer of Activly Sports Events Ltd and the Country Partner for Capsim Management Simulations Inc. in Ghana. Her journey includes serving as the International Relations Officer at Millennium Excellence Foundation Ltd.

Education-wise, Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Central University College, and she has pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.

Beyond her professional achievements, Catherine Morton strongly believes in addressing the links between poverty, financial stressors, and violence against women.

She advocates for investing in opportunities that empower women economically, enabling them to speak up, leave abusive relationships, and ultimately reduce the prevalence of domestic and sexual abuse.

Catherine's commitment to empowering women and transforming lives is evident in her multifaceted roles, making her a true trailblazer in the realms of entrepreneurship, sports, and women's rights.
